Welcome!
to the Palos Verdes Chapter of the
California Dressage Society.
We are located in the beautiful Palos
Verdes Peninsula of the Los Angeles South Bay. We are a
dedicated group of dressage enthusiasts whose goal is to improve our
horsemanship. Our membership includes dressage riders at all
levels, several judges, trainers and a technical delegate.
Our chapter generally
holds bimonthly meetings. Our excellent newsletter, "Collective
Marks" records the latest news in our chapter, community, and the
dressage world. Our chapter meetings are educational in nature
with visits by various equine experts. Educational speakers at our
meetings have included many prestigious judges and clinicians,
veterinarians, a
saddle-fitter, a farrier, and horse breeders. Our chapter also
sponsors riding clinics with local trainers.
We encourage anyone in
our horse community who might be interested in dressage to come to our
meetings, clinics and other chapter-sponsored events. Please
